Have had experience in Farming Management, Railway Station Management, Small Business Management, including; Staff Hiring, Training; Supervision and Discipline, as well as ordering materials, and administrative tasks. Proven ability to lead and motivate people to achieve corporate objectives and goals.
Time Management Skills:	Able to priorities and organise my time effectively in order to cover workloads and meet deadlines. Time management is an integral part of doing quotes for jobs, which are quoted according to the estimated man-hours required for the job.
Organisational Skills:	Organising quotations, and delivery of completed product, requires skills in pricing, the timing of the job, deliveries and liaison with other person's) such as printers and suppliers.
